A good technique to help with negating fears as they arise is to tap them physically out. You can tap your finger against your leg or arm each time a fear arises in the mind. This will cause the fear to sink down into the heart chakra and dissolve. If you persist in doing this with every painful thought that arises you will soon notice a wellspring of bliss in you. You will begin to feel energised and vital. This is the Inner Master coming to life within you.
Prayer to the Inner Master:
'Protect me from fear, protect me from shame, protect me from doubt'
